The Return
A short film about the journey of a girl who veered off of the path when her friend died, became lost and unsure, and looks to recover and be guided back to the right path. The film was made by a group that competed at New York MSA Showdown under Baruch College Muslim Student Association and won 2nd place for the Short Film Competition in 2019.
Takeaway
This was my first time doing any kind of work for a video. I worked with three others to put this together, and mostly worked on scriptwriting and directing, as well as giving the editor insight on the vision I had. And based off the bloopers, we of course had so much fun.
